Out Of Stock Policy.

hedgehogmotorcycles.com will refund you in full should you purchase an item that is no longer in stock.

Payment Terms

Please allow 5 working days for Cheques to clear before hedgehogmotorcycles.com will ship your purchase.

Only send cash & Postal orders by recorded delivery, Special Delivery, International signed for or Courier service. Any other method is not insured and will not be refunded should it go missing during shipping.

Postage Notes.

We will only ship to registered Payment address when paying by PayPal. This is for your security and peace of mind.

A) All items purchased will be shipped within 24 hours of hedgehogmotorcycles.com receiving payment. Items Purchased after 3pm on Friday or on Saturday & Sundays will not be posted until the following Monday.

B) In order to receive a full refund on items damaged during shipping please return the item with the original packaging within 7 days for EU Countries & 14 days for non-EU countries. The return address can be found on the reverse side of the packaging or via our contact form.

Please note if the packaging appears to be damaged then please make a note of this on the documentation provided by the shipping agent before you sign for your items.

C) All Purchases under £32.00 shipped within the UK will be sent by Recorded Delivery. Orders over £32.00 will be sent by Special Delivery. Shipping to all other countries will be done via international signed for air mail. All shipping will require someone present to sign for the package. hedgehogmotorcycles.com will inform you of an approximate delivery date but can not be held responsible for items that do not arrive within this specified time.

D) If you are purchasing this item for a special occasion or birthday present then please allow up to 2 weeks for postage to avoid disappointment. For next day service / courier service please contact us before purchasing your items.

E) PACKAGING - All items are packed professionally using only the most suitable materials. If multiple items are purchased at the same time, we may spilt your purchases into two or sometimes three packages. For regular customers we are able to send items purchased from our shop direct to your friend or loved one.

F) Overseas customers & remote locations within UK - All postage unless specified is for UK INTERNAL mail only. Please contact us if you would like to place an order with us and live outside of the UK. Shipping to remote locations with in the UK will be sent by Royal Mail regardless of the selection made. If you live in a remote region then please contact us before making your purchase.
